"My husband and I are admittedly picky eaters, as we’re used to the finest cuisine. That said, this restaurant easily ranks in the top three non-starred restaurants we’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. We devoured the best beef burger of our lives, along with an incredible pastrami—both served in generous portions and at very fair prices. Trust me, this place is an absolute MUST!"

"Caramello Bistro in Sinaia deserves a full 5/5, first of all, for its premium location. Situated in the heart of Sinaia, it offers the perfect stop before or after a walk through the town – easy to find, with a cozy terrace that lets you enjoy the atmosphere while still feeling a bit “hidden” from the noise. You really feel like you’re in a modern, urban bistro, but with the backdrop of a mountain resort. The food is exceptionally tasty. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and clearly prepared from quality ingredients – from the omelettes and salads to the cheese and meat platters. Portions are very generous, so you never leave hungry, and the presentation is beautiful. Considering how good everything tastes and how large the plates are, the value for money is excellent; it’s the kind of place where you feel that every leu you spend actually shows up on the plate. The staff complete the experience. They are genuinely friendly, patient, and attentive, always ready to explain the menu, accommodate preferences, and make sure you have everything you need. Service is fast and organized, even when the place is busy. Altogether – premium location, outstandingly delicious food, big portions, fair prices, and kind people – Caramello Bistro is an easy 5/5 and a place I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Sinaia."

"Amazing atmosphere, delicious food! Would be happier, if waitress would speak better english, but that is a insignificant thing, we communicated just fine. Had to wait for an hour for kitchen to be opened, but we solved it with some cocktails :) would definitely recommend!"
